Youth Ministry Lessons: For the sake of our students and their growth, we need to open their eyes to different forms of expression and communication. Here is a quick story to share with your students on the power of spoken word.

Youth Group Lessons: Great teachers are leaving positions not because of troublesome students, but because of “helicopter parents” who refuse to believe their children could do wrong and are ready to swoop in when they do, to rescue them from any consequences.

Youth Ministry Lessons: It wasn’t too long ago that a young man or woman could get far in life with simply a high school degree, but now in the minds of most high school students a college degree is required for success.

Youth Ministry Lessons: Homeless often take shelter in the most random of places as they seek out secluded areas to find some rest and relaxation. Perhaps an untapped market for comfortable beds in the homeless community, however, is the local funeral home.

Youth Group Lessons: Mexico continues to be the main source of illegal drugs for the United States. The US Government is constantly on the lookout for illegal activity as they try to curb the spread of drugs from the border.

Youth Group Lessons: The world of high fashion modeling is known for its racy, edgy photos. Especially in high couture spreads, models are often pictured with pouted lips and forlorn gazes, trying to evoke sexuality in the spread.

Youth Ministry Lessons: It’s a clothing trend that continues to offend, affectionately called “saggy pants”. The trend has always offended and now cities throughout the country are taking steps to punish the young men who wear their pants too low.

Youth Ministry Lessons: It is estimated that 30% to 50% of the population snores. One hotel chain is doing everything it can to help ease the snoring for its guests as well as ease the noise for travelers who fall in the “no snoring” category.
