Youth Group Lessons: It’s no secret that Americans like their sugar. What is more surprising, however, is just how much of the sugar consumed by most American teenagers come from what they drink.



Youth Ministry Lessons: According to the Center for Disease Control, childhood obesity is at an all-time of 19.6% of children aged 6 to 11 years and 18.1% of adolescents aged 12-19%. That means that almost one out of five children in America is considered obese.
